Love drives emotions, and unfortunately emotions is not something that can be measured but then it’s necessary to balance your emotions. Trying your best to be on the positive side of your emotions is a plus for your health and to do that you need to change your mind. How do you change your mind, there are a lot of guides that talks about positivity. Today, let’s discuss two things you can do to change your mind to be on the positive side of your emotions.
1. DO NOT MAKE ASSUMPTIONS
Instead of assuming, ask questions. Most often we misunderstand people when we assume. Assumptions create lot of emotional poison and we end up taking it up personally. Not only that, it also creates chaos in our minds which builds up inner conflicts (depression, anger, dissatisfaction, etc) which makes you suffer for nothing.
2. ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST
At any point in time, try and do your best. Your best won’t be the same from one moment to the other as well as someone else best. Irrespective of what happens, just do your best. In that way you won’t judge yourself. And if you don’t judge yourself, there’s no way you would suffer from guilt, blame and punishment.
3. LOVE YOURSELF
The ability of one to love him/herself and express love is based on the individual mindset. The state of your mind depicts the emotions you pour out. If you have a negative mindset, you will pour out hatred and anger, which birth forth depression, on the other side, if you have a positive mindset, you express joy and love.
Your mind is a powerful tool it can make your life a living hell or a wonderful heaven. You always have choose the positive side. Stop making your mind wander into the dark places of negativity because sometimes its so deep you hardly recover. Before you go out looking for who to give love to make sure you love yourself first.
